About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to embed a new Anti-Social Behaviour Case Management system within 11 partner organisations across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
You will have exceptional communication skills and drive as you will have an overarching role, working collaboratively with the ASB Partnership to co-ordinate support and to provide advice on the usage, data and reporting capabilities of the new system and act as the conduit between system users and the Provider to ensure legal compliance and promote effective use of the system.

About You
To apply for this post, you must:
* Experience of building and maintaining productive partnership relationships. Actively involving, consulting, and influencing internal and external partners to achieve mutual objectives.
* Experience of managing data within defined frameworks.
* Experience of handling and producing statistical or technical information and communicating this in presentations, proposals, reports, e-mails etc. in a variety of levels
* Experience of developing and delivering training sessions to colleagues and partners at a variety of levels and competence.
* An understanding/knowledge of current data protection and management of police information legislation including GDPR.
* Proven and adaptable oral and written communication skills and confident in writing reports and presenting to senior officers, managers, members at senior management meetings.
* Able to tackle difficult problems and demonstrate solution focussed/creative thinking.
The nature of the work will require the jobholder to be vetted to Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) Level 1.
You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion.
