You will play a crucial role in managing customer and product information while supporting their production operations. Key Responsibilities: Input and update customer and product details onto their in-house system. Ensure the integrity of new product samples by completing all necessary documentation. Regularly update customer and product information, including specifications and pricing. Maintain and manage product pricing master lists. Oversee the deactivation of inactive customers and manage the product discontinuation process. Manage goods booking and participate in weekly production planning meetings to address demand changes. Reconcile delivery notes with factory invoices, resolve discrepancies, and approve invoices. Develop and manage comprehensive reports for use across the production team. This position is ideal for a self-driven and inquisitive individual with the ability to fully use system data to drive business improvements. You will have considerable flexibility in scheduling your tasks throughout the week and month, allowing you to manage your own workload efficiently.
