Competitive salary of up to £32,000 Opportunity to work in a dynamic shared services environment Chance to develop skills and contribute significantly to management reporting What you'll do: As a Finance Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting the Reporting Manager in the provision of financial data and reports to all functions within SSC. You will have the opportunity to extract data from various financial & non-financial systems. Your role will also involve working closely with the finance team to develop a robust reporting structure that includes self-service and automatic report distribution capabilities. You will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, balanced scorecards & information that highlights SSC activities. Support the provision of financial data and reports to all functions within SSC. Extract data from various financial & non-financial systems. Work closely with multiple divisions to develop a reporting structure that includes self-service and automatic report distribution. Monitor performance metrics, balanced scorecards & information that highlights SSC activities. Provide insight and analysis to support Management decision making. Understand the key processes within the SSC and embed internal controls & SOX compliance mindset. Assist in stakeholder management across SSC ensuring effective approach is developed & implemented. What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Finance Analyst role brings substantial experience in a shared services environment. You possess excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic. Your ability to build positive relationships within Finance and across business segments supported will be crucial in this role. Substantial experience in a large business. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic skills. Experience of working with Six Sigma or other similar continuous improvement models. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence dealing with people at different levels throughout the organisation.
