CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER
SALARY UP TO £50,000
ROMFORD - 1 Day in the office
THE COMPANY:
This is a well-known company in the insurance sector, building out their CX function.
THE ROLE:
As a Customer Experience Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Conducting qualitative and quantitative research, creating dashboards and reporting back to senior leadership on the performance of key metrics
* Brief, scope and create documentation on projects
* Ensure end to end collaboration is seamless
* General exploration and innovation - market research, what are competitors doing?
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Experience delivering CX projects
* Experience with Google Analytics
* Experience analysing customer feedback, from the likes of user groups, surveys etc.
* Experience with a data visualisation tool
* Analytical mindset
* Ability to handle multiple projects at once
* Previous experience in Financial or insurance sector is a must
