Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency, has a new permanent position available for a Registered Manager to work full-time based in an Ofsted registered Children’s home in Leeds.
The salary for this permanent Registered Manager job is up to £45,718 - £49,768 per annum.
Main Duties:
* Managing and overseeing daily operations of the home
* Providing leadership and supervision to your team
* Developing and implementing high-quality care plans and risk assessments
* Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and Local Authority requirements
* Managing recruitment, retention, budget management, and rota planning
* Supporting and guiding young people to achieve their potential
* Developing and implementing personalized care plans
* Collaborating with the team to ensure the highest quality of care
* Engaging with young people in a meaningful and impactful manner
Requirements of this job:
* Level 5 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent, or willingness to undertake this
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within Children’s residential care, 2 years in a supervisory capacity
* Ability to show leadership skills
* Experience of managing budgets
* Direct involvement in Ofsted inspections
