Branch Administrator
Salary: £27,000 -£30,000k
Monday to Friday 8am -5pm
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Post Recruitment is looking for a Branch Administrator to join an extremely successful team.
The role will include:
* Smart AP – Authorise purchases (up to a certain amount) on the central system
* Invoices – Upload to the system purchase invoices that arrive in the post and then send them to Accounts Payable
* Credit Card – Internet Purchases from the branches using a credit card
* Cheques – from customers - will need to be banked and scanned
* Concur – Expense transactions put onto the system for approval
* Order Release – this is when a customer is over credit limit, hasn’t paid – will need to be able to speak to Credit control and liaise with the branch or customer in question
* Till Closures – Tills to be closed every day in the branches
* Customers – Speaking with customers on payments and Invoice queries
* Filing – Purchase orders, post, cash banking.
* New Accounts & Credit Limit Uplifts – Pre-credit check to be carried out via Experian, Top Service and sent to MD for credit limit recommendations
* General Admin Support – to support the 3 branches with other administrative duties
