What You’ll Bring:
LASER Energy are looking for a proactive individual with a customer focused mindset to join their team. The successful candidate will be accountable for the service delivery to customers, managing all telephone and email enquiries, using excellent communication and problem-solving skills, resolving customer queries efficiently and providing a first-class customer service experience.
What You’ll Achieve:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
* Handle and resolve corporate and site customer inquiries via calls and emails, aiming for first-time resolution when possible.
* Log unresolved queries and first-time resolutions in the relevant systems and ensure they are reviewed and managed within SLA timelines, following best practice for each query and activity type.
* Exhibit problem-solving skills and a “can do” attitude to effectively address customer needs, ensuring full resolution and satisfaction.
* Communicate clearly with customers, assess their needs, and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers to improve service outcomes.
* Continuously develop expertise in the Energy Industry, contribute to process improvements, and work toward becoming a Customer Service Specialist.
* Challenge internal and external stakeholders to achieve best possible outcomes to customer queries.

What We Require:
* Proven experience of providing excellent customer service and first-time resolutions
* Professional and confident telephone manner
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
* Good IT skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office packages particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
* Experience of team working and developing strong working relationships
* Ability to prioritise work to deliver against multiple activities
* Experience in meeting and exceeding KPI’s
