Assistant Engineering Manager Opportunity

What You'll Do:
1. Coordinate Across Disciplines: Work seamlessly with various trades to ensure smooth production task completion.
2. Provide Technical Guidance: Help shape new repair processes and troubleshoot existing production challenges.
3. Continuous Improvement: Seek out and introduce industry best practices across the business.
4. Assist with Site & Building Maintenance: Coordinate necessary remedial works and liaise with contractors.
5. Flexibility: This role supports the Engineering Manager, and you may be called upon to be involved in any aspect of the business.
Your Skills and Experience:
1. Hands-On Engineering Background: Ideally with aviation component repair experience & understanding.
2. Project Management Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, self-initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
3. Quality Assurance Awareness: Understand QA requirements in aviation component repair.
4. Organisational and Communication: Excellent organisational, general IT, and communication skills.
