**Job Title:** Welder Fabricator
**Location:** Kidderminster
**Shift Pattern:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
**Salary:** £14.00 to £17.00 per hour

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in welding and fabricating metal components, with a strong understanding of technical drawings and welding techniques. **Key Duties:**
* Fabricate and weld metal components using a variety of welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
* Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine fabrication requirements.
* Prepare metal components by cutting, grinding, and fitting parts as per specifications.
* Ensure all fabricated parts meet required quality standards and are accurately finished.
* Maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery, performing basic maintenance when necessary.
* Work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
* Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

**Key Requirements:**
* Proven experience in welding and fabrication in a manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in a variety of welding methods, including MIG and TIG.
* Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
* Experience working with metal cutting, grinding, and welding machinery.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Forklift license and the right to work in the UK
