Job Description
The HR Administrator will be:
* Providing administrative support for the HR department.
* Processing internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
* Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database.
* Supporting the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and issuing relevant correspondence.
* Assisting in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.
* Supporting other functions as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
