Base pay range
Our client, a global aviation hub, would like to recruit a HR Professional to join their BeHavioural Change team and scope, design, and deliver large-scale organisational effectiveness and people change projects, programmes, and initiatives, including organisational design, restructuring, and workforce transitions, working in close partnership with People Business Partners and Centres of Expertise.
Typically, programmes will be large scale and complex, and usually, the role will lead multiple Org Effectiveness programmes simultaneously, requiring management of multiple demands and conflicting priorities.
You will lead people workstreams for broader business change programmes that impact their people, such as changing ways of working or terms and conditions.
Scope and deliver people change plans that support successful programme implementation, including full change impact assessment, communications, engagement, stakeholder management, and embedding plans.
Work collaboratively with leaders and colleagues in a matrixed environment to influence and shape Organisational Effectiveness initiatives using change and organisation design frameworks, models, and tools. Coach, influence, and mentor leaders to achieve the right commercially focused outcomes.
A HR professional with extensive change, Target Operating Model, and People Change experience is essential.
