Main duties of the job
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Provide care in accordance with agreed standards, policies and procedures.
2. Create and maintain accurate and legible records of care.
3. Effectively communicate with women and their families, colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team.
4. Develop personal and professional knowledge and skills enabling standards of care to be constantly improved.
5. Participate fully as a team member, sharing knowledge and information. Support colleagues to promote a cohesive team.
6. Promote and provide education for clients and their families.
7. Contribute to the training of student Midwives nurses and doctors.
8. Positively contribute to the Trust's incident reporting policy.
