Are you a Customer Focused Manager working with supply chain within the Facilities Management, Engineering Maintenance or Construction industry and used to dealing with sub contractors and supply chain?

This role is working for a company that specializes in Mechanical, Electrical and Facilities Services, offering a range of services to their clients across the UK, from Planned and Reactive Maintenance through to small and minor works projects. Due to demand and area coverage, they work with a number of Mechanical, Electrical and Building Fabric sub contractors to deliver works in areas which they have limited coverage in-house.
As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for developing their relationship and working with both the team and sub contractors to make things better. You will be the person that listens to how they feel and ensures the working relationship is as strong as possible.
You will also be tasked with vetting and onboarding new sub contractors and working with them through the onboarding process, ensuring they are aware of the processes and procedures required to ensure payments are made on time.
What is Required:
1. Previous experience of working with sub contractors - essential
2. Exceptional customer service
3. Previous M&E, Engineering Maintenance or Property Services experience is desirable
Depending on experience, this role will pay between £35-45k with a company vehicle as travel will be required.
