Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated individual to join our Extended Care Team. This role will be primarily based at our Great Hortonsurgery but will require travel to our other sites. Main duties of the job The primary focus of the role is to provide high quality and efficient care to the local community - Providing administrative support to the practice looking after the following extended services: Musculoskeletal, Level 2 Diabetes, Joint Injection, Minor Surgery, Vasectomy, Neurology, Dermatology. The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week.
