Senior Production Operative, South Woodchester

Responsibilities
1. Operate production equipment
2. Physically lift and move ingredients, finished products, or equipment
3. Weigh ingredients and pack frozen products into cases
4. Follow strict food safety, quality, and health & safety standards
5. Clean production equipment and surrounding areas
6. Record control measurements and maintain production records
7. Support training and development of team members alongside the Production Manager
8. Work in temperature-controlled and frozen environments
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30, Friday 08:00-15:30
About You
* Resourceful and adaptable
* Willing to change tasks as required
* Able to perform physical tasks reasonably required
* Full training provided where applicable
* Experience or transferable skills in food production equipment is an advantage
