Our leading Technolgoy client is lookign for a HR Manager (office based) at Guidford.

* Proven experience (8+ years) as a HR Manager or HR Business Partner, ideally in the energy, mining, engineering or technology sector. Professional HR qualification (CIPD level 5 or 7) preferred.
* HR Generalist experience: Demonstrated success in HR strategy execution, talent management, and performance improvement initiatives. Ability to develop succession plans and employee development programs to grow high-potential talent. In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, Able to confidently advise on policies, compliance, and best practices
