Duties include
· To provide the customer with information such as appointment waiting times and the medical experts are supplied with all relevant information to enable them to provide a ‘fit for purpose’ medical legal report.
· Responding to calls from customers, clients and suppliers regarding a range of queries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that they are kept fully updated with the progress of the case at all times.
· Booking our clients medical legal appointments taking into account distance and convenience for the client.
· Recording and updating in house system to accurately reflect the current status of the case.
· Ensure first time resolution by displaying a thorough knowledge of all processes and understanding the needs of the customer.

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, typically 8.30am - 5pm - This is an onsite based role with hybrid offered after probation.
