Job Title: Team Leader
As a Team Leader at Park House, you will provide full support to residents and staff while confidently planning for the ongoing needs of the residents we support. You will lead a team to ensure quality care continues, and residents maintain a good quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the care provided on the floor.
2. Support residents by administering medication.
3. Write and review care plans, complete MCA's and Best Interests assessments.
4. Liaise with families and professionals.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.

Pay: £12.10-£13.00 per hour
