As a General Assistant you will have plenty of responsibilities and opportunities to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team. Experience isn't necessary, we can show you the ropes, but you will need to be able to maintain the standards set and so a good attention to the details is needed. The bit we can't train is the warmth, the smile, the willingness to learn and the caring attitude you need and those personality traits need to shine through from day one. Duties will include: 1. Working between Food, Beverage and Housekeeping departments. 2. Serving Food and Drinks to happy Customers. 3. Cleaning of Guest Bedrooms and Bathrooms. 4. Strive to anticipate customer needs and where possible react to this to enhance customer satisfaction. 5. Accommodating requests form guests in a professional manner. 6. Ensure all Health and Safety and Fire Safety Company standards are maintained. 7. Having fun, working with colleagues, chatting with guests, enjoying the great surroundings.
