Brakes, a Syscocompany are currently recruiting for an EUC Support Team Lead tojoin the Technology team on a full time, permanent basis, reportingto the Infrastructure and Field SupportManager.
As the EUC Support Team Lead it is yourresponsibility to provide both onsite and remote 2nd line technicalsupport of end user technology throughout Sysco GB and managea team of engineers within your region. Developing and coaching theteam, measuring performance and ensuring Technology serviceprovision to Sysco colleagues is delivered to a high quality.Promoting excellent customer service, dealing with colleagues in aprofessional, friendly and helpful manner.
We areoffering a hybrid working contract with 3 days per week in theWarrington office. Flexibility will be required for travel aroundthe Sysco offices and travel expenses will be reimbursed.Please note this role requires a driving license and yourown transport.
KeyAccountabilities andResponsibilities:
* Managea team of between 3 and 5 engineers.
* Developand coach team to maximiseperformance.
* Co-ordinate service reviews withthe local site management team.
* Produce servicereporting documentation packs
* Provide bothonsite and remote 2nd line support forend-users
* Ability to prioritise workload toensure service levels aremaintained.
* Management and closure of incidentsand service requests via the helpdesk ticketing system, owningthrough to resolution.
* Proactive replacement ofend of life assets, including the asset disposal or recycling ofthe old device.
* Provide IT Induction for newstarters, ensuring they have the hardware and software required toperform in their role.
* Administration of mobiledevices via an MDM platform and SIM cardconnections
* Maintain accurate asset inventoryof IT hardware, including but not limited to Laptops, Desktops,Printers, Networking hardware including switches, routers andaccess points, mobile phones, tablet devices, UPS and Comms RoomAir Conditioning
* Ensure that changes are madein accordance to change management guidelines andpolicies.
* Providing support to projects asrequired to support the deployment of newtechnologies.
Aboutyou:
We are looking for someonewho has experience with managing a small team, however this is notessential as training will be provided. The successful candidatewill have a good working knowledge of maintaining IT security,infrastructure, and service standards as well as a technicalknowledge of Microsoft product base including client OperatingSystems (Windows 10 and 11) Teams, Office 365 and Azure. You willhave experience of administering MDM platforms such as EndpointManager (Intune) an understanding of networking (Wireless, LAN andWAN). You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be customerservice focused with a keen attention to detail which is essentialin maintaining accurate inventory data and documentation. Youshould have experience of supporting networked printers and proventroubleshooting skills for hardware and application support as wellas active Directory / Azure AD understanding and administrationexperience. It is highly advantageous that the successful candidatehas an ITIL V3/ V4 foundation certificate and experience of servicedelivery frameworks.
