I am looking for someone with strong Account Managements skills in either Food, Restaurant, Hospitality or something very similar.
The role involves:
Ensuring the efficient running of customer accounts and their supply chains. The core objective is to retain and grow these accounts by managing all day to day enquiries and assist with any issues by providing relevant, timely and accurate information.
Responsibilities:
To create effective Account Plans and to grow existing business
Closely managing Price; Quality & Service
Price Checking of new contracts
Invoice Checking to ensure suppliers are upholding agreed tendered prices.
Assisting with the mobilisation of any new wins/business
Building and maintaining customer relationships by being professional & efficient
About You
• Account Management experience is essential
• Excellent IT skills, in particular MS Excel but also Word, Outlook and Power-point essential
• Friendly, outgoing, customer focused with a proven record of account management
• Driving license essential
Previous experience with hospitality, restaurant / food or similar industry is required
Experience with P2P ordering systems such as Procure Wizard, Market Man, Fourth would be ideal but not essential
Salary negotiable dependant on experience
