More training information
NC Group Ltd is a private training provider specializing in engineering and manufacturing, helping employers bridge skills gaps and professionally upskill staff members, both existing and new. The training will be delivered by vastly experienced staff that have recently been awarded Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted.
On commencement of the apprenticeship, apprentices will be automatically enrolled in an employee assist program that gives access to mental health support, wellbeing support, and physical health support to aid them if required throughout their time with us.
This support is 100% confidential. A year 1 timetable will be given and who the area specialists are for each subject. A rigorous enrolment will be conducted that will be used to support apprentices where necessary during their program if any further assistance is required. NC Group Ltd also carries out a lot of work in the community with our apprentices, including charity work, skills competitions, and supporting local schools, among many other things that give apprentices a rich pastoral side to their apprenticeship journey.
