4. Educate tenants on their rights and responsibilities, promoting positive community engagement.
5. Deliver workshops or training sessions on budgeting, housing rights, and community engagement to empower tenants and enhance their skills for sustaining their tenancies.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
