We're seeking Rental Sales Advisors to join the team who will provide exceptional customer service while driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion to exceed customers' expectations. As a Rental Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers, assisting them in finding the perfect rental solution tailored to their needs.

Operating for over 30 years, based within a few locations in the North West - our client have a selection of quality cars, vans, 4x4s, trucks and minibuses for daily rental, and flexible contract hire. They provide both business and private customers with expert knowledge and advice, to help them choose the best value hire vehicle for their needs.
Big enough to cope but small enough to care, with customers returning time and time again - The mission is to be their number one transport solution provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen attentively to understand customers' requirements and recommend appropriate rental options
- Conduct vehicle inspections and documentation to ensure rentals are in optimal condition
- Process reservations, rental agreements, and payments accurately
- Provide clear and concise explanations of rental terms, conditions, and insurance coverage
- Promote add-on services, such as additional insurance coverage, to enhance customers' rental experience
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the rental team to manage fleet availability and ensure proper vehicle maintenance
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
What We Need from You:
- To deliver exceptional customer service to our valued customers, manage customer queries to exceed sales targets with business and leisure clients.
- To be able to support your team and different departments, be able to obtain detailed information and form decisions based on customer profile and business needs.
- Reliable and flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Full and clean UK driving licence
