The role is based at our Experience Centre at our Northampton site and reports to the UK Sales Director. You will gain insights into different departments within the national team, including sales, account management, retail, technical, e-commerce, and innovation. The role involves providing administration support to the National Sales team and the UK Sales Director, with no limits to the role depending on your capability. You will have opportunities to visit sites, attend meetings, and receive training in all areas relevant to this role. Join a fun, highly engaged, and customer-centric team Key Responsibilities: Customer Presentations: Create engaging presentations to support activities like value selling. Meeting Preparation: Prepare internal reports and market insights for customer meetings. Case Studies: Develop case studies to showcase successes. Event Management: Assist organising conferences and customer events. Efficiency Improvements: Develop new ways of working to increase team efficiency. Customer Support: Provide proactive support to National Team and the UK Sales Director. Administrative Support: Manage the UK Sales Director's inbox, diary, and logistics. Key Accountabilities: Provide flexible support across the National Sales Team and to the UK Sales Director. Act as a central point in a busy and dynamic team, identifying and implementing effective ways of working. Coordinate team activities and provide support for others. Prepare ad-hoc reports, customer meeting materials, and presentations. Organise site visits, meetings, and conferences. Coordinate travel requirements and manage diaries. Handle associated administration tasks. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritise and communicate a range of projects and tasks within tight deadlines. IT Literacy: Strong competence in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new IT systems. Self-Starter: Friendly with a ‘can-do’ attitude, able to work flexibly in a dynamic and fast-paced team. Administrative Experience: Demonstrable experience of providing efficient administrative support in an office environment. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels in English. Confidentiality: Essential for handling sensitive information. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Willingness to Travel: Ready to travel if required.
