We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Gas Installation Administrator to join one of our market leading gas contractors. This role plays a key part in supporting our Gas Installation Department, ensuring the efficient management of engineer schedules, paperwork, and client communications. Salary starting at £24,000 a year and will be reveiwed after probation Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Key Responsibilities Approving engineer timesheets and ensuring accuracy Allocating work to engineers, electricians, and builders Running weekly job status reports to track progress Managing daily work schedules and confirming appointments with residents Communicating with clients via phone and email across multiple contracts Ensuring all jobs have the necessary materials and information for completion Checking asbestos registers when required Raising orders for subcontractors and approving timesheets What They Are Looking For Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Experience in an administrative role, ideally within gas installations or construction Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software (training provided) A proactive and problem-solving approach to work Benefits Family-run business Excellent staff retention and career progression opportunities Training and progression into management Yearly annual leave increase after five years of service Living Wage employer If you are looking for a stable and rewarding career in a company that values its employees, we would love to hear from you.
