You'll manage key clients' trials, ensuring timelines and budgets are met with high levels of customer service. Coordinate across teams to keep clinical studies on track, liaise with purchasing, logistics, and the warehouse to ensure seamless operations. Your role is vital to our success, requiring efficiency, organisation, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
What does a Project Manager do?
In this role, you'll oversee clinical trial equipment projects, including budget and stock management.
You’ll be the first point of contact for all your clients' needs: providing support on clinical studies; preparing status reports; and delivering top-notch customer service from start to finish.
Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring resource availability is crucial, as is comprehensive documentation and tracking. You'll meet with team members to identify and resolve issues while enhancing sales and the customer experience through the ongoing support you’ll provide.
1. We seek someone with experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, although not essential.
2. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills.
3. The ability to prioritise and multitask.

5. Problem-solving and diplomatic skills are essential.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT systems is a must. We use Salesforce and a purpose-built ERP system which you will be thoroughly trained on.
