What you will be doing?
* Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
* Accurately record calls & visits, and relay messages in timely manner.
* Perform general administrative duties, such as managing emails and handling customer enquiries.
* Manage customer waiting area and showroom, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
* Provide support with additional tasks as required to ensure smooth business operations.
Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, with the ability to consistently deliver a positive customer experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
* Proven ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
* Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
* IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems
