Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of SEN students.
* Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans.
* Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to provide holistic support.
* Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching methods accordingly.
* Maintain high safeguarding and pastoral care standards.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience working with children and young people with SEN, particularly ASD, ADHD, and complex learning needs.
* Strong classroom management skills with a nurturing and patient approach.
* Ability to differentiate teaching strategies to support varying abilities.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices in SEN education.
