The role of the Internal Sales Manager – Plumbing & Heating Systems will involve:
* Internal Sales Manager position dealing with a range of underfloor heating systems sold into main contractors, plumbing contractors, mechanical contractors and housebuilders
* Implement objectives and targets for the team and individuals
* Mentor and develop the team to ensure performing to the best of their ability
* Review of the sales process for continuous improvement and driving efficiencies
* Oversee sales pipeline working with Operations Manager for delivery requirements
* Work closely with the MD to implement and improve sales strategies
* Lead and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings and 1-2-1 with direct reports
* 6 direct reports
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Manager – Plumbing & Heating Systems with:
* Must have sales management experience, ideally within the construction or manufacturing industries
* Ideally will have experience in plumbing & heating systems such as underfloor heating
* Experienced in producing sales forecasts, setting targets and managing similar sized teams
* Must strong people management skills
* Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities
* Highly organised and focused with strong time management skills
* Self-motivated, confident, driven and ambitious
* Must have a full UK driving license
