The role will involve managing a team of specialists to deliver a high quality payroll service working in partnership with our outsourced payroll provider. Main duties of the job This role is fundamental to the effective payment of salaries, enhancements and associated benefits to members of staff and Directors from the outsourced Payroll provider. The Senior Administration Team Leader (Payroll) will line manage a team responsible for staff contract changes, managing complex payroll queries and ensuring payroll processes run as smoothly as possible. This includes administering the contract with the external provider and providing training, support and guidance internally to ensuring information relating to pay is provided and processed in accordance with published timescales.
