Executive PA to Managing Director, Directors & Leader

Salary: £31,586 - £32,654 per annum (pending Job Evaluation)
Hours: 37 hours per week
We do things well and keep developing. Love all things organisation and administration? We are looking for a new Executive PA to support the Council’s Senior Leadership Team. You will be the first point of contact as well as assisting in the management and daily operations of the Council. This isn’t the usual PA role; we are looking for someone who will use their initiative to solve problems, coordinate and lead projects, and support the directors to deliver the councils objectives.
You will be a confident, organised and proactive person. Tasks include, but are not limited to, managing communications, organising diary commitments, undertaking research to brief Directors and responding on their behalf when necessary.
You will have previous experience in a similar role and ideally be level 3 qualified in Business Administration. You will need to be able to commute to our offices in Newton Abbot Monday-Friday.

You are a Teignbridge District Council fit if you:
* Have an NVQ level 3 in business administration, or equivalent experience.
* Have previous experience in administration with similar levels of responsibility.
* Are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Are able to handle information confidentially and with discretion.
* Have experience in organising meetings and events, minute taking, and diary management.
