As the Director of Sales - Multifamily Builder Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable sales growth and ensuring unparalleled customer service. This dynamic leader will strategically identify and seize opportunities within the Multi-Family and Apartment Replacement business channels, focusing relentlessly on enhancing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. As the Director of Sales, Multifamily Builder Team, you will Lead team to maintain, develop, and grow Key Account relationships. Manage Builder Sales division (Key Account Managers & Project Coordinators) through full project cycle. Create annual budget for the division. Drive profit opportunity execution. Execute MFB marketing budget for events and sponsorships. Authorized signatory for MFB contract management. Manage P&L for the MFB division. Create opportunities to land target accounts and grow networks within the MFB industry. Participate in community events to reflect the brand in the market. Develop new relationships with suppliers to improve MFB support. Drive managers and Purchasing to develop pricing management procedures for profitability and inventory turns. Strategize integration between MFB Rental and APT division for future growth. Analyze supplier pricing programs and propose changes to drive growth and profit. Implement structured KAM succession planning and recruitment. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the MFB team. Support initiatives from other departments with effective change management leadership. Ensure collaboration between Sales, Logistics, Finance, Tech, Purchasing and Service to achieve company objectives. To be successful in this role, you need 10 years in profit management roles. 10 years in a professional sales environment. 5 years in B2B sales. Post-secondary degree/diploma. Experience in people management and driving KPIs. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Highly organized and self-motivated. Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
