Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant Location: North West England, Lancashire, Chorley Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Salary: £12.90 - £14.00 Per hour Job Duties: Provide support to students on a one-to-one basis in educational settings Assist in implementing individualised learning plans for students Support students with special educational needs or disabilities Help students with classroom tasks and activities Monitor and track student progress and provide feedback to teachers Required Qualifications: GCSEs in English and Maths Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Prior experience working with children in an educational setting Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of child development and learning processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Patience and empathy when working with students Preferred Qualifications: First Aid certification Experience working with students with special educational needs Working Conditions: This role involves working in educational settings such as schools or learning centres.
