We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Assistant Lettings Manager to join our client who is a successful independent Estate Agency in Crouch End. Some duties but not limited: ·Working closely with the Lettings Manager on a day to day basis·Conduct viewings of properties and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.·Liaise with landlords to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on market conditions.·Negotiating and concluding tenancy agreements, ensuring that procedures at all stages are completed efficiently and effectively. ·Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote available properties effectively.·Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant queries and resolving issues promptly.·Keeping abreast of relevant housing legislation and ensuring all records are updated on a regular basis. Candidate Requirements ·3 years Lettings experience ·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with diverse clients.·Knowledge of the North London Property market·Well presented with a positive approach·Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.·Knowledge of relevant property legislation and regulations Salary basic paying up to £27,000 pa depending on experience OTE Realistic £47,000.
