About the Marketing Team At ZigZag we have big ambitions, and marketing needs to provide our engine for growth. From creating demand to building the pipeline, the role of Marketing at ZigZag is to create an environment in which retailers feel compelled to improve their returns experience. We do this by close collaboration with product and commercial teams and by making ROI-based marketing decisions to maximize our impact. Requirements ZigZag’s key client target is fashion retailers looking to reduce the costs of returns while driving customer loyalty. We also provide postal operators, carriers, and third-party logistics companies with a best-in-class solution for their retailers, by enabling them to white-label ZigZag’s returns solutions as their own. In this Growth Marketing role, you will be responsible for activating the marketing plan to enable growth for ZigZag - this includes executing industry events, ZigZag owned-events, digital marketing campaigns, social proof campaigns and the development of creative assets. The key success metric is the generation of new Marketing Qualified Leads. The role suits a self-motivated and upbeat team player in their early stages of their marketing career. A passion for retail and e-commerce shopping is important, as well as the enthusiasm to make the post-purchase shopping a better, more sustainable experience that benefits retailers and their customers. Responsibilities Plan and promote ZigZag’s attendance and sponsorship of events and webinars. Take ownership of the event calendar and ensure that every event is planned in detail Manage the events budget, staying on track of costs Ensure that post-event activities are planned, tracked and ultimately result in new deals in the pipeline Manage the budget and plans for ZigZag’s branded merchandise Run campaigns to drive review on G2 and other social proof platforms Activate digital & email campaigns to drive demand and leads with new prospective clients Build and constantly enhance a suite of creative assets Utilize Hubspot features including forms, landing pages, marketing email to run campaigns Utilize HubSpot marketing automation, workflows, and data analysis tools to track, and scale up campaigns and measure performance Proactive use of paid social media and paid search to engage with the target audience Help deliver nurture campaigns and newsletters to promote ZigZag’s to drive demand with new clients Key KPIs – New Qualified Leads, event impact on existing deals, social proof reviews, traffic to landing pages, advertising performance, digital & email conversion metrics Be agile, we are a growing company and sometimes we need to wear different hats What you’ll need to be successful bring to this role Experience of running events, ideally at a B2B company Some experience using a Marketing automation tool (Hubspot preferred but not essential) Willingness to use project management tools (i.e. Asana) Experience of using content creation tools: (i.e. Canva or Adobe Express) Passion for E-Commerce Retail Core traits - willingness to experiment, organized, analytical, professional, optimistic, flexible, self-starter, people person Benefits What benefits you’ll receive: Competitive salary 24 days holiday bank holidays additional day holiday after every full year of service (up to 5 additional days) plus a bonus day off for your birthday (Pro Rata for fixed term contract roles) Flexible working options - fully remote with option to work from our London office Pension plan BUPA Private Medical Insurance Annual L&D Budget Employee referral bonus scheme Flexible working hours Your application will be reviewed with strict confidentiality.
