Key Responsibilities Execute motion design and video editing tasks as directed by the Creative Director and accounts team. Participate in creative meetings, contributing ideas for motion and video content. Integrate motion graphics, sound, and special effects to elevate storytelling. Develop and pitch creative ideas for both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) campaigns. Deliver projects to exceptional standards within agreed timelines. Oversee external video editors during peak periods as needed. Maintain brand consistency across all client and internal projects, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines. Person Specification Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design and video projects. Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific content requirements. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
