Description Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources team. Handle all recruitment related correspondence and inquiries in a professional manner. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records related to recruitment processes. Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments. Assist in the preparation of recruitment materials and job advertisements. Drafting related contracts and letters to successful candidates. Ensure compliance with relevant legal and organisational policies. Provide general assistance in other HR related tasks as required.Profile A successful Recruitment Admin should have: Experience in an administrative role within a Human Resources setting. Strong organisational and communication skills. A proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously within a team. Proficiency in using HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure. A strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment legislation.Job Offer A salary range of £32,000 - £35,000.
