The below job description outlines the position of Field Service Engineer.
Typical Candidates: Marine Engine Field Service Engineers, Seagoing Engineers (3rd, 2nd, Sole and Chief Engineers), Power Station Engineers, Shipyard Engineers, or Workshop Engineers with experience in engine overhauls.
This position (Full OEM Training Is Provided As Part Of The Role) will see you being responsible for installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, overhaul, or troubleshooting of 2 or 4 stroke marine, traction, and power generation engines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist and/or be responsible for work tasks covering installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, overhaul or troubleshooting
* Carry out maintenance and repair of 2 and 4 stroke engines and associated systems
* Support customers and implement the field maintenance procedures on the engines
* Conduct performance tests, troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis
* Work with engine automation and mechanical systems, providing support to customers within company guidelines
* Implement tasks as part of the maintenance of engines
* Provide on-site customer operational support in all stages of the project
* Support the implementation of HSE standards in maintenance activities
* Identify spare part requirements for maintenance
* Conduct detailed report writing
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Full Driving Licence
* Passport
* Experience in Maritime, Traction, or Power Generation on 2 / 4 Stroke Engines
