EYFS Teacher
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated educator with a passion for early childhood development? We are looking for a motivated and caring EYFS Teacher to join our nurturing team at a primary school in Chelmsford.
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: £120 - £220 per day (£24,375 - £46,800), depending on experience and qualifications!
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Start date: ASAP
About the Role:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, engaging learning experiences for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception). You will create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports children's emotional, social, and academic development.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons that cater to the developmental needs of young learners
* Fostering a positive, safe, and caring classroom environment
* Monitoring children's progress and adapting learning approaches to ensure every child thrives
* Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to ensure an effective and collaborative learning experience
* Supporting children's emotional and social development, encouraging independence and confidence
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent qualification
* Has experience teaching in an EYFS setting or working with young children
* Is passionate about early childhood education and nurturing the development of young learners
* Has excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
* Is creative, patient, and able to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
