Job Description:
Salary: £33,374 - £39,542, assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep-ins per month

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure daily routines such as preparing young people for school and assisting with homework
* Complete paperwork and plan activities
* Engage in evening and weekend activities like gaming, sports, or outings

* Base salary: £28,134 - £34,302
* Sleep-in payments: Up to 4 per month at £80 each (approx. £3,840/year) and £1,400 Attendance Allowance for good attendance
