Dual Skilled Maintenance Engineer About the role: Our client is a leading manufacturing company in Belfast and they are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. This permanent, full-time role involves working with state-of-the-art equipment used for producing products across a range of sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance and repairs, as well as mechanical work on machinery, including motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and fluid bed dryers. What's in it for you: Salary of £37,000 - £42,000 Overtime Consistent weekday hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (40 hours per week). Comprehensive private healthcare package. Employer pension contribution of 5%. Generous holiday entitlement of 31 days annually. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair electrical faults on machinery and equipment. Work with 3-phase and single-phase motors, ensuring optimal performance. Read and interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Conduct routine maintenance to minimise downtime and improve machine reliability. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organised work area. Collaborate with the engineering team to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in a relevant electrical discipline. Proven experience in fault-finding and repairing electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of 3-phase and single-phase motors Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics A full, clean driving licence.
