Overview:
We’re a young and growing retailer of home and industrial storage solutions based close to Chelmsford, Essex. We are looking to recruit an experienced customer services executive to join our small and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure a high level of customer service by telephone, live chat, and email.
2. Advise customers on our range of storage solutions for home and business.
3. Process orders over the phone.
4. Resolve delivery issues and tactfully deal with occasional complaints.
5. Reply to inquiries via email, live chat, and over the phone.
6. Perform general administrative tasks.
7. Continually develop and increase product knowledge.
Personal Skills:
1. Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
2. Experience in complaint handling.
3. Confident with a positive, can-do attitude.
The successful candidate will ideally be located within a 10-15 mile radius of our office in Writtle. We provide full training on products and systems.
