Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to senior management and teams.
Manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
Facilitate effective communication between departments and stakeholders.
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
Develop and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and project plans.
Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting as required.
Train and mentor junior support staff in best practices and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in business support or administration.
Proven experience in project management with a track record of successful completion.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay Per Hour: £26.14
