Salary: Earn between £13.30 and £14.30 per hour
Shift Pattern: 6am-6pm (3on 3off)

We’re looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team and make a real impact in ensuring high-quality food products
reach their destinations efficiently and on time.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be an essential part of the Supply Chain function, taking charge of:
* Order Picking & Assembly: Accurately picking customer orders using scanning guns and preparing products for safe transit.
* Stock Management: Keeping the factory stock system up to date, replenishing pick slots, and ensuring seamless putaway
processes.
* Vehicle Loading & Unloading: Maintaining accuracy in outbound loads and receiving deliveries with care.
* Quality Control: Ensuring all products meet high standards, are in date, and are free from damage.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
WE NEED SOMEONE WHO’S HANDS-ON, DETAIL-ORIENTED, AND THRIVES IN A COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED:
1. Essential Skills: Counterbalance, Reach Truck, and PPT licenses.
2. Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
3. Confidence in working with external drivers and excellent communication skills in English.
4. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
