We are looking for new members worldwide to join our M&A dealmaker network. We are not hiring employees directly. Dealmakers (independent advisors) and M&A boutiques license our advanced M&A tools, international branding, and global networks. They increase their income by amplifying their opportunities, deals, resources, and by collaborating with a team of industry experts and M&A colleagues globally. ONEtoONE’s tools and networks help dealmakers maximize their income by finding, attracting, and closing more and better transactions.
Your Profile:
* Over 10 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or business development in M&A.
* Entrepreneurial, proactive, persuasive, resilient, and results-driven.
* Ability to work independently and enjoy the flexibility to work with minimal supervision.
* Excellent command of English; other languages are a plus.
* Technical expertise to produce high-quality deliverables in line with investment banking standards.
* Strong interest in analyzing transactions, evaluating opportunities, and valuing companies.
