Job Title: Sales Valuer
Location: Whitburn
Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm, with alternative Saturdays from 9 am - 1 pm. Additional working hours may be required due to the nature of our business and to accommodate our clients’ needs.
Salary: Basic Salary of £20,000 plus an attractive Commission Package (OTE £50,000 - £60,000).
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Sales Valuer with a minimum of three years of estate agency experience and a proven track record in sales. In a market where our services are positioned at a premium, the challenge will be to win business while effectively showcasing the value of our services. This role requires a strong character and exceptional negotiation skills, along with a proactive approach to marketing, impeccable presentation, and punctuality for appointments. We need someone who can convert leads and consistently exceed monthly targets. Confidence is key, as is a passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to our mission and core values.
Responsibilities:
1. Convert leads into listings.
2. Follow the lead generation process, including creating compelling social media content, conducting leaflet distribution, and maintaining consistent communication with the Bridges database.
3. Efficiently manage and organise your diary to optimise appointments and client interactions.
4. Conduct accurate and thorough property valuations.
5. Adhere to the Bridges valuation process to ensure consistency and reliability.
6. Successfully win instructions by demonstrating the value of our services to potential clients.
7. Communicate all relevant information to the branch administrator to facilitate the booking process for property take-ons.
8. Assist with onboarding clients and seamlessly hand over to the Sales Negotiator.
9. Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process, checking in frequently.
10. Regularly update and monitor lead and sales trackers to maintain accurate records of performance.
11. Continuously review and refine the sales pitch to enhance effectiveness and results.
12. Provide support to colleagues and assist with backfilling roles as needed.
13. Exhibit a strong personality and big character to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
14. Demonstrate a hunger and drive to excel in all aspects of the role.
15. Cultivate a personal brand within Bridges Properties to enhance visibility and reputation in the market.
Additional Information:
* Use of your own car is required for this role. A company laptop and mobile phone will be provided, and business mileage will be reimbursed at 0.45p per mile.

This role profile is not exhaustive; it will be subject to periodic review and may be amended to meet the changing needs of the business. The post holder will be expected to participate in this process, and we aim to reach an agreement on any changes.
Work Schedule and Flexibility:
* Work Hours: Full-time, five days a week, Monday to Friday.
* Saturday Requirement: Every second Saturday - 9am - 12.30pm
