Your Role: As a Production Supervisor, you will be an essential part of the team, reporting to the Production Manager and leading a team to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient production of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and inspire your team daily, ensuring efficient and consistent production that meets our high-quality standards. Performance Management: Achieve departmental targets and key performance indicator milestones, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and team performance. Team Development: Support and document training, develop team members, and promote a collaborative and problem-solving culture. Planning & Scheduling: Work closely with the Production Manager for effective planning, scheduling, and progress feedback. Leading by Example: Demonstrate company values through active leadership, coaching your team to adopt the right mindset and behaviours. Operational Efficiency: Establish processes to ensure equipment reliability and consistent operational demands. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to and drive continuous improvements within the unit and across the business. Education and Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Proven people management skills. Experience in creating and implementing training plans. Proficiency in MS Office Understanding of Lean manufacturing.
