Main duties of the job
What youll be responsible for :
1. Will act as an independent practitioner within a defined community setting, while liaising with other professionals as necessary
2. Will manage a defined caseload and provide supervision to others as appropriate.
3. You will be involved in providing a high level of safe and effective care
4. Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
5. Adhere to all Trust policies, procedures and guidelines
6. Liaise with other community service and multidisciplinary teams
7. Provide mentorship and support to others.
8. The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.

Youll need to have the following qualification/experience:
27. A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Community Psychiatric Nurse role within the UK within the last 3 years
28. Nursing Qualification & NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
