The purpose of the HofS role is to act as a central point of contact between the Business Units and IBA with the aim of ensuring the secure handling of Client Monies. The successful candidate will be delivering against KPIs, SLAs and Working Capital targets for your area of responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the interface between IBA and a portfolio of client-facing Brokign businesses. - Ensuring Clients and Insurer Partners receive optimal levels of service. - Utilising Fiduciary knowledge to deliver operational and financial benefit to Lockton. - Support the development of IBA strategy and plans. - Proposing the implementation of workstreams aimed at improving the end-to-end service and to enhance the control environment. - Producing regular reports to management on key targets, projects and issues. - Develop internal and external relationships (Underwriters, Auditors and Business Unit COOs). - Escalate issues from IBA that belong in Business Units or in Technical teams to ensure prompt resolution. Candidate Specification - Previous experience in a Senior level IBA role. - Understanding of the UK Regulatory environment. - Ability to work under pressure. - Strong stakeholder management skills.
